Applying Color Psychology to Public Health Campaigns

This was my first exploration into how type and color can influence a campaign through my hand’s on experience. One of my biggest passions was discovered through my participation in Chapman University’s first “Rethink Adderall Misuse” campaign in the form of graphic design. I realized during this project that the power of good design can give a public health campaign the vital boost it needs in gaining the attention of it’s more peripheral processors.

This slide was used to help illustrate to the class how different typefaces affect how we interact with information.
